🔸 Base:

  • 10–12 flat puris (papdi or golgappa puris flattened)
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes – peeled and mashed
  • 1 small onion – finely chopped
  • ¼ cup nylon sev
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala – to taste
  • Lemon juice – as needed

🔸 Chutneys:

  • 3 tbsp tamarind sweet chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney (mint-coriander)
  • 1 tsp red garlic chutney (optional, for spice)

🔹 Step 1: Arrange the Puri Base

  • Lay out puris on a flat plate or tray.
