- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp oil
For Momos Chutney:
- 2 tomatoes (boiled)
- 4–5 dry red chilies (soaked in hot water)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt to taste
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Mix flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
🔹 Step 2: Make the Filling
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Add onions and cook till translucent.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, pepper, and salt. Cook until the veggies are slightly tender but still crunchy.
- Cool the filling completely.

- Divide dough into small balls. Roll each into a thin circle (about 3-inch diameter).
- Place 1 spoonful of filling in the center. Fold and pleat the edges to seal (like a pouch or half-moon).

- Grease a steamer tray or line it with cabbage leaves.
