🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 200g penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp (or more) red chili flakes
  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes or canned tomato puree
  • Salt – to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese

👨‍🍳 Instructions

🔹 Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook penne pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Reserve about 1/4 cup of pasta water.
