- 200g fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

- Freshly ground black pepper – to taste

🔹 Step 1: Cook the Fettuccine
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
🔹 Step 2: Make Alfredo Sauce
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds (optional).
- Pour in cream and stir gently for 2–3 minutes.
